New user registration

Due to ongoing problems with bot registered accounts, users are no longer able to directly register new accounts on the forum.

In order to have an account registered, it is now necessary to email me directly (shadownet@gmail.com).

To register an account, send an email containing the USERNAME and EMAIL ADDRESS you wish to use for the account, and the login details will be sent in a return message.

I have decided to temporarily allow new user registration, in the hope the spambots don't take over. I have introduced a new deviously devious security question that must be answered correctly on order to register a new account that will hopefully keep away the spambots and the bottom 10% of the human genome that occasionally drift this way.
